Preventive health · Clifton, Bristol

Meet the future you, ten years early.

We measure what matters, catch problems a decade before they become diagnoses, and build the plan that changes the trajectory. Doctor-led, evidence-based, refreshingly unfaddy.

Our philosophy

Prevention is arithmetic, not a product.

The longevity industry would happily sell you a hundred biomarkers, a genetic deep-dive and a wearable for each wrist. We take the unglamorous view: a small number of measurements — blood pressure, ApoB, HbA1c, fitness, strength — predict the next decade better than almost anything sold as a longevity test.

All of them are measurable in an hour. All of them are modifiable. None of them requires a subscription. Find your real numbers, fix the two or three that are drifting, re-measure. Repeat for forty years.

How it works

Measure. Understand. Change.

01

Measure

A structured assessment: bloods, blood pressure, body composition — and for the comprehensive screen, ECG, spirometry and fitness testing.

02

Understand

A doctor walks you through every number — what's excellent, what's drifting, and which two or three things actually deserve your attention.

03

Change

A written, prioritised plan with follow-up from our doctors and dietitian until the numbers move. Prevention is a programme, not a printout.

Two ways: what we measure, and what happens next. We test the markers with real predictive value, and every assessment ends with a doctor-built plan and follow-up — not a PDF and a handshake.

Your next decade starts with an hour.
